Account Recovery Needed - Lost all players/points after eFootball 2026 update

Hi everyone,

After the latest eFootball 2026 update, I lost access to my entire account. All my players and eFootball points are gone.

I tried contacting in-game support, but I only received automated replies asking for order numbers I don’t have.

I have all my account details ready: KONAMI ID, Device info, and Server.

Can someone from Konami support please help me recover my account?

I’ve seen other players reporting the same issue after the update.
