Even as a mod, this is so infuriating. I'm the only one who handles modmail, the only one who handles the queue, I'm the primary if not only one of us who actually scrolls through the sub when I have time to remove all the most recent posts in violation. I won't even get started on the others approving posts that break obvious rules, or removing a post for violating a rule we ban for and then just,, not banning the person, leading them to make more posts and ots just a constant cycle

I'm constantly trying to stay polite and patient but jesus fucking christ, it feels like I'm running the sub but without the authority to change/add/remove rules or recruit other mods. And it's a huge community, even as someone who's disabled and unable to work I don't have the time to catch every single post, which leads to others thinking that every post that's still up is okay to follow the example of

I don't even blame the users, for the most part, the main issue I face is just the sheer amount of work I have to put in just to keep things vaguely running. When I took a month hiatus nobody did anything in mail or the queue, I had to spend two weeks trying to work through the backup

(Images are last 24 hours and last 7 days. The blue is me, black is the other mods)

Feel like I'm doing everything, other mods barely even there
