Manifestation and tarot

I just had a reading with a tarot reader and analyzed the energy with my SP and I who I've been manifesting for around 3 months now, and they suggested that it's a mandatory pause and no amount of manifestation or analyzing indirect signs will force a breakthrough right now. I feel like it was refreshing to hear that, but it was a little discouraging

I know tarot analyzes the "energy right now" and doesn't predict the future, but if I've been at it for this long, is manifestation really instant? I don't want that to be a limiting belief, but it's making me question my efforts. But I'm also curious about the role of divination techniques with manifestation
