Help

So i live in the middle east where realtionships are way too strict and theyre not allowed at all, ive been raised in this culture so, and yesterday i found out my 12yo sister was talking to a boy, the nga was talking about some bad stuff, and yesterday i confronted her at 3:00 AM, that was when i found out, and now as for this morning i told my mom, she seemed cool at first just a lil bit, but then i saw my broke into pieces crying, and I've had my sister's ipad, and apparently im not willing to give it back, and please help a brother out. Im so dissapointed, also im thinking about her harming herself(my sister) or my mom atp
