Back passage, haemorrhoids or not

F17 I have taken suppositories that helps with haemorrhoids and it did help the bleeding a lot but now it’s back, I went to a doctor and I need to do a few more tests before getting a colonoscopy since they want to avoid using it for my age but I don’t have a diagnosis yet so it’s difficult for treatment. But is this normal for typical haemorrhoids;
\-*the urgency to go to the toilet to the point I have to stop what I’m doing immediately*
*- quite a lot of bleeding I’m not straining as much but the water would be red and I’ve taking a stool test which showed a lot of blood in my stool*

My inflammation markers are normal as well.
