How do i play my VR games?

i have quest 3, virtual desktop, steamvr, and mega software. How do i go about playing the games i have? do i use steam and add as non steam game with launch options? do i use virtual desktop? do i need to download some sort of other software ? what is my best option? also will i get flagged from steam if i add it as a non steam game?
