Can’t use shift, Alt or control[ui]

Like title says since 12.0.7 I can’t use modifiers and anymore whilst clicking raid frames. Im seeking a work around for this, please let me know if any one has experienced this as a lot of heals go on my self constantly in high intensity moments because I have I can’t click raid frames due to holding a modifier.
