I think my dad is cheating on my mom

So my suspicions all started in October because we went to a haunted house and I saw him talking to another woman on snap, but I talked myself down about it because like what? That’s insane he’s my dad he loves my mom. But he’s done so many things to hurt her mentally and I stated to really doubt myself. So I went through his phone tonight. I found some things, him lying about making a lot of money, him straight out asking to see random peoples breasts, him saying my mom hated sex and was fine with him “being a flirt” and such, and him telling people to download an app called signal. I went on the app he was talking about but it said that the phone wasn’t registered and that a different phone was probably registered. Which makes me think he has another phone and I went on his Google play store to see if they had any dating apps downloaded and it gave me the option to download things to another phone. And now I’m panicking. I don’t want to go to my mom with my flimsy at best evidence but I don’t know what else to do. I’m worried she might scold me for going through his phone. I went through his snap but his snap was empty
