Does anyone else feel Iron Mumbai lobbies are like this?

I've been playing Iron on the Mumbai server, and the lobby quality has been frustrating.

People insta-lock agents and, during agent select, keep saying things like "Take this agent," "Take that agent," instead of letting others play what they're comfortable with.

Another issue is that duelists and initiators rarely do their jobs. Instead of taking entry, they're often sitting back or camping while someone else has to push first.

Teams also rotate way too much. If one site has 3 defenders, they rotate. If the other has 2, they rotate again. Instead of committing to a site, they just keep switching, making their plays really predictable.
