Reproduction of the Locust population within 50 years

So let's start from the entire beginning. The New Hope Research Facility couldn't had more than 1000 subjects experimenting on. Unless there are official numbers on that, I'm going to lean into that. After they had to hide their devious work under Mount Kadar, maybe the numbers of subjects reached 10k or more? When Myrrah and her pre-Locusts revolted they were likely 15k and escaped down the Hollow. So going from 15k to 100 million in 5 decades they had to over-reproduce like mad! Could the Berserker give birth to hundreds of locust eggs? If they had 100 Berserker each giving birth, including kidnapping hundreds thousands humans each year to transform to drones, then perhaps it is logical they could become a 100 million population.
