Boosters

Is there any consensus on what the best strategy for using these is? I have:

Max Captain

Clean sheet shield

Qualification booster

I'm thinking leave Max Captain until latter stages - maybe Qtrs and there are less games to switch between. I'm not sure when to play the others though.
