Trying to stay positive

Just felt like sharing.
I’ve been out of work since October, and after months of applying, I finally got invited to an interview. I attended an informal visit to see the department, and just a couple of hours later, I received an email saying that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the position had been withdrawn.
It was really disheartening, especially after finally feeling like things were moving in the right direction.
I think this experience made me realise that maybe it’s time to try something completely different and explore a new career path. 😟
