Are the good microbrand watches always out of stock?

Trying to get myself my first decent GADA watch

Decided to get a diver with a black dial and a metal bracelet.

Zeroed in on the Traska Freediver, absolutely in love with this watch. Turns out it is out of stock.

Moved to Lorier Hyperion, also out of stock. Moved to the Lorier Astra, also out of stock

Decided to get the most basic Ratio GMT 200m diver, again out of stock (wtf!)

Is a decent looking diver with a black dial and a metal bracelet too much to ask for? Also I see multiple threads asking about these watches. If there is so much demand why not just make more??
