Hotel and Airbnb recommendations

I will be visiting in the upcoming month. I am really confused about the hotels because of the inflated ratings and lack of genuine review.

It would be very kind of everyone to help out.

Hotel I have seen -

Tripli Hotels Shourya Residency

Tripli Hotels Shiv Villas

Just these two, I am also open to Airbnb room recommendations

My budget is 1500-2000.
