Starting with MARPE?

Hi,

Ive (M22) had my problem for 3 years and it seems to be mainly congestion (i think non allergic rhinitis maybe), but it could be also a small airway overall.

ENT and family doctor prescribed corticosteroid, antihistamine, antibiotic, allergy test, home sleep test, but all failed, They cant fix me or find the main culprit (i do seem to have a small deviated septum from a scan).

I am thinking of getting MARPE, could it be enough or should i buy a used cpap or try surgeries (septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, tonsil removal, tongue reduction, uvulapalatopharangoplasty, turbinate reduction)? Nothing works except drixoral (max use is 3 days and the days after are 3x worst).
