I got 600 bucks and a dream

So my cousin is on leave from the army and he's coming out here and is tryna pay for me to get a new computer (God bless him) so we can pay higher end games however he's insistent on buying me a pre built due to time n convivence n stuff. I got ten days till he's out here and I need a build.
