Sometimes E2 empowered dash goes off unintentionally and attacks a target nearest to E1 instead of the M-move input over cursor location.
Playing on 10 ping, no jitter.
Noticed on rare occasions Locke after E1 teleport, E2 attacks a target when my mouse cursor isn't over the target, but I'm trying to move-click away, with my cursor already 4-5cm away from the E2 dash location.
It doesn't even seem to be the nearest target to the location of M-click, it might be the nearest target to the E1 location, because it has dashed to minions in the backline, not those near my current cursor location.
Only happened about 3 times in 2 games, but might be due to queueing up right-click shortly after left-click while using E, but my cursor is already far away and my ping is very low.
