If I restart my 3ds to default how would that affect my game dlc save data?

For example, say if I for some reason decided to reset my 3ds save data for everything including streetpass and such...but I decided to also relink my NNID after that, how would that affect my dlc save data if I get my nnid back after that? For example my dlc save data for Fire Emblem Awakening. Would it keep my record of doing the dlc maps or?
