I am currently building a quality over quantity makeup collection and I really want a brown lip liner

For reference I have two toned lips and ive never used foundation but I think im nc 45 ish shade ig

I have to choose between Huda Beauty lip contour 2.0 Rich brown or Mac Lipliner Chestnut.

I have a pink and maroons brown lipgloss/balm.

Help pleaseeeeee
