AC Unity or Origins, RE4, Fallout 4 (and maybe Hitman WoA)

Can't really decide between which to get on steam sale.

I like games with good graphics and a damn great storyline. Preferably less grindy too.

(Witcher 3, GoW, RDR2, Spiderman Remastered, Batman Arkham, Cyberpunk to name a few)

1. AC Unity. From the reviews I see online it seems like one of the best AC game. I also really like the setting of the game. But is the gameplay outdated? The game came out like 12 years ago.

2. AC Origins. Cool setting and combat. Pretty linear though. I have also seen people saying the story is pretty mid (Might consider Odyssey too)

3. Resident Evil 4. Considered one of the best games of all time. Only thing making me hesitant on getting it is the horror element. I've never liked horror games or movies so yea. I've tried the demo and the enemies don't seem that scary but the atmosphere makes it really tense tho.

4. Fallout 4. I don't know much about fallout lore but I've seen some of the TV show episodes. From what I heard, the game's story is mid and the only strong point of the game is the mods and exploration.

5. Hitman World of Assassination. The game is pretty cheap but is it worth it? Seems like just a assassin simulator?
