Details issue ( 25 character)

So there is a name mismatch in my 12th marksheet and other certificate

My name in my other certificate is AB C

While in 12th one is A B C

Now it's asking me to select the checkbox in which it says my name is AB C in as per 12th marksheet which is wrong

What should I do
