Dxp4800plus back up

Sorry if this has been brought up before or I’ve completely missed the option, but I’ve checked everywhere. I have back ups setup over 2 hard drives and an external, different items for different drives, but the settings for back ups only seem to show, weekly, weekends, custom. I want to just back up monthly as I feel I don’t need a weekly back ups
