ISO roommate (M) for 2BED2BATH apartment in Loop

Hey everyone! I'm a newly graduated M21 moving to Chicago soon for work and was targeting a late July move-in date for a place in the loop.

My budget range is around $1,200-1600. Looking for someone who doesn't have any pets and doesn't smoke.

I've found a spot that seems good and am in communication with the broker, but haven't applied to it yet. The place is in-unit laundry 2B2Ba, unfurnished, with a total cost a little under $3,000 which would be split. All utilities included except electricity. 1,080 sq ft.
