PLS HELP!

Guys...I have newly started on an instrument which is a guitar but I can't play chords that's another problem....well the thing is I am embarrassed of my own voice idk and I wanna perform in front of my frds or family maybe one day in public....so I would like y'all to suggest me some good vocal exercise how to do riffs and runs....which worked out for u
