Feature request. It should be possible to apply "quality upgrade planner" to trains from the "Trains" menu(like in blueprint editor).

Launched 2.1 for the first time and started touch all the new features. One of them is the new possibility to change the quality of trains through the Upgrade planner. And for me the most intuitive thing was to go to the trains menu and click on the needed trains with the planner (as you can do with blueprints).
