In bihar there are many old temple 30-50 years temple of kali you can ask there priest for tantra

In jharkhand there is a 18 hand durga temple

In Chattisgarh there is a chinmashta shaktipeeth

Now tallk about bengal here there are some great shaktipeeth in Bengal here you visit

Tarapeeth shaktipeeth ( for kali kul and shree kul and obvious here you get diksha of maa tara )

Kalipeeth and Dakshineswari kali temple

If you want to learn sri vidya in Bengal it quite difficult you can ask for diksha in that shaktipeeth in Bengal i know only one temple of maa tripura sundari where you get diksha it is around 30-40 minute distance from kalighat it is in south kolkata

For Kartikeya upasna there is a temple near kalighat and you may ask some maa kali sadhak for skand sadhna
