RAM Speed Issue

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500X

RAM: 16GB (2 x 8GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 MHz

Motherboard: MSI B450M Mortar Max

Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1650 Super

I previously had one 8GB stick of RAM running at 3200 MHz with XMP Profile 1 enabled in the BIOS. After upgrading my memory with another 8GB stick, the speed suddenly got stuck at 2133 MHz. I tried to achieve 3200 MHz by turning XMP back on, but it didn't work instead my PC wouldn't boot and showed a black screen.

What should I do?
