Samsung S26+ Keeps Freezing

Hey y'all, first time posting here. My wife has bought the S26+ 512GB a couple of months ago. Since its purchase, it has frozen and become unresponsive for over 10 times now and we have to restart it using the Power and Volume Down button.

During the first month, it froze for about 6-7 times in a single week, then an update came and we downloaded it. It stopped freezing but after 2-3 weeks it froze again and until today it froze for about 4-5 times.

We don't know what the issue is. I don't think it freezes on specific apps.

Did anybody experience something similar?
