Chances of moving forward and getting an offer?
I completed an interview this week where I was asked to answer one question in a short presentation, followed by a bunch of behavioural/resume questions.
They seemed pretty impressed by my presentation, and had positive reactions to my answers. Without provoking, they were very transparent about next steps, including an estimated date of when I'd hear back.
They also shared something interesting. There were 7-8 candidates selected for the first round, and only 3-4 would make it to the second round. From there, 2 candidates would be selected.
So I'm just curious, what are my chances? Is this a really good sign that they're sharing so much detail, or does this just speak to the company culture?
