30 [F4M] When the Series Ends, the Thoughts Begin
It's another Saturday.
The kind where time moves a little slower. I've been staying home lately, and honestly, I'm already tired of watching series. Now I'm just waiting for the next episode of the one I'm currently binge-watching.
So... here I am, overthinking again.
I've been posting here and there, especially on Reddit, hoping I'd eventually meet someone. Not because I'm desperate, but because it would be nice to have someone you naturally click with.
So far? Wala pa.
Some conversations start strong but don't stay consistent. Others are very straightforward about what they want, and that's completely okay. Everyone has their own preferences.
But I guess what I'm really miss is connection.
You know... someone you can randomly message about the most mundane things. Someone you'd ask to grab an iced coffee, drive around with no destination, windows down, music playing in the background, and just enjoy each other's company.
At our age, I think we all have those quiet days. Days when you're perfectly fine being alone, but you also wonder how nice it would be if someone was there to share those little moments with.
I'm not trying to force anything. I know good things take time. I just don't know where people genuinely connect anymore.
And while I understand that everyone has preferences—and I respect that—I still believe that real connection goes beyond checklists. Attraction matters, sure, but character, conversation, consistency, and the way someone makes you feel are what make people stay.
Maybe that's why I'm still hopeful.
Not looking for perfect.
Just looking for someone whose presence feels like home.
