Business names: a theory or two

Many exceptions to these “rules” but hear me out:
Georgian word, noun or adjective: cafe/bar Started/owned by Russians:
Restaurant named after a Georgian city / region : owned by Georgians :
Named after the things / buildings Georgia does not do/ build anymore: Adjara Group
Unlikely combo of English words, cafe, fast food or coffee: Owned by Georgians
French or Italian name: run Georgians in security secret service
