How to avoid debt when continuing as child?

When my main characters die and I continue as my child I end up in major debt.

I have a will for 100% to one child and live in Monaco to avoid inheritance taxes. Do have a spouse, but I signed pre-nup and had a will. I had $50m in cash and another $100m in assets and my child ended up $130m in debt. Banks repossessing property that hasn’t fully been paid.
