how do i get other girls to hit on me?

i look like a total masc dyke, but i'm a complete, like... sub, non-initiating scaredy cat. but no one would guess that by looking at me, i already know. i get girls looking at me at bars all the time, but i don't like taking the lead. i'm too introverted. how do i get other girls to hit on me, instead of taking the leading role of hitting on them all the time. i don't look physically feminine enough, like, face wise and stuff, to be less masc, so i feel this is the only look for me. stump ed. halp
