Anyone pursuing M.Sc Horticulture from sikkim central University? How's the research facilities and is faculty helpful in writing thesis?

I am getting a seat in msc Horticulture in sikkim university but I am confused about whether it's good or not? If any seniors could enlighten me I would be grateful.
