36M — Troponin I (hsTnI) went from 27 → 29.5 over ~3 months. Same assay both times. Concerning trend or normal variation?

36M, non-smoker (quit), alcohol-free 1+ year.
Troponin I readings (same assay both times — ARCHITECT HsTnI, CMIA, Abbott):
• Reading 1: 27 ng/L
• Reading 2 (~3 months later): 29.5 pg/mL
• Male 99th percentile cutoff for this assay: ≤26.2
Current meds: Metoprolol Succinate 12.5mg + Telmisartan (Telma) 20mg, once daily each.
BP (home readings): ~120-125 systolic / 85-90 diastolic.
Other relevant labs: eGFR 101, Cystatin C 0.8, UACR 6.4 (kidneys normal). LDL 112.65. HbA1c 5.8. No chest pain, no symptoms — fully asymptomatic, just monitoring proactively.
Trying to understand if a rise of this size on the same assay over 3 months is meaningful, or within expected biological/analytical variability for hsTnI. Would appreciate any input, especially from anyone with lab/cardiology background.
