idk if this should be question or feedback sorry team if its wrong but this performance is killing me

this isnt even the worst of it, this happens for the first like entire minute of each game...no each ROUND, I load in i lag like crazy everyone throws their paints and I freeze and stutter instantly, I can insert more clips as well if needed, but the first time I pull out my hammer in a round or the first time I get into a mech in a round, my first few deaths the moment I get hit by a bullet the stutter is insane Ely bad and unplayable for the first couple minutes...so I have to give up lives in the beginning to fix this basically until it fixes

I have a 4070, an i9 11900k cpu, 16gb of ram (maybe the ram is the issue but my memory has hovered around 80-85% usage in gameplay)...and it doesnt look like anything is being bottlenecked or reaching 100% at least while trying to track it live but who knows while im not looking

but part of it is me thinking that my pc is just dying I have yet to see another complaint or post on this, and my friend who has a 3050 and an older ryzen cpu is getting pretty smooth performance...now dont get me wrong after the freezes are up, it stays mostly smooth the entire rest of the match (unless theres rounds) depending on the map I hover between 90-130...I tried capping my fps lower to what I was reaching, but if I cap my fps at 120, I only get 50 fps? which doesnt make sense so I just leave it at my monitors refresh rate

and yes every single setting is on low

Massive stutters and performance issues in beginning of rounds for the first couple minutes (4070, i9 11900k cpu) no other complaints from anybody els
