Persistent POI Marker [KCD2]

Hello Henrys!

I have a POI marker on Radovan the blacksmith and I've been doing his quests for him! I just completed the "finding the cart" quest by going to Semine and riding with Gnarly and Lord Semine. I've exhausted the dialog with Radovan and he consistently says there's nothing new going on and talks about a sword. Is there a POI tipster bug? Am I missing a charisma check or something like the merchant in Troskowitz?

Thanks!
