My son of 5 pulled this one

My sons got 2 packs for his birthday and pulled this one. I'm just a dad that know nothing more then what Google can get me. Should we send it in for PSA grading? Or the one from eu Beckett?

Need your guys eyes on it, if we sell money goes right in his bank account.
