Hormones and the FB algorithm trying to take my money

Hi all 👋🏻 I 30f am posting cause the FB algorithm has been tempting me to buy those hers hormonal balance thingies and I want actual insight of what ppl have tried and has worked. I’ve tried the beef organ supplements, the patches, nothing really has worked and instead of burning a hole in my pocket again I want real life experiences and recommendations! I don’t want to do ozempic or wegovy, I know it’s hormonal as my periods are irregular and I have chin hairs and some hair thinning
