Help for finding movies

I want to find this movie I watched a few years back. It's romantic I don't remember the full details so some might be wrong. I think it's a Tamil movie I'm not sure. It's about 2 ppl, they were together in childhood and the guy had to go somewhere else and they got split up. Then they met again at some function I think and they were in love with each other and at some point the man goes to get a tattoo (I think of the heroine's name)I'm not sure and another girl who wanted to marry him and her mom or aunt or someone who wanted that girl to marry the hero spread some rumor as conspiracy that the guy cheated on the heroine instead of getting a tattoo. I think there was smth to do with a boat in that scene I'm not sure. Then the heroine misunderstands and they both grow apart I also remember these 2 ppl chasing some kind of bird somewhere pushing each other and stuff I believe they were bird or animal lovers. And another scene where the heroine goes to some party and gets drunk and some other guy tries to take her into his car but the hero fights him and carries her home this is another scene and in the end I think I'm not sure both of them the hero and heroine are getting married to some other person at the same place and time and they both look at each other emotional and stuff but then smth happens and they know the truth and they unite and finally there is a picture taken of them and movie ends. Guys I watched this in e masala simply south south. Please help me find this this is one of my unexplainable desires. Re-watching this. I'll be really grateful if you could do this favour for me.
