Just bought the "RM Studios 737 MAX 9", no aircraft shows up, what should I do?

Well that explains it, but still, how do I request refund? Or should I wait for an update.

They should not have allowed the purchase if the item was going to be "not available" immediately upon buying it. The screenshots look kind of promising, anyways, what should I do from here?
