Uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS) - Positive stories

My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 USC in 2024. She did a total hysterectomy then chemo which carbotaxol reduced the lung mets a lot, she then did pelvic radiation. the lung mets grew bigger. Immunotherapy (keyturda) did not work and now she’s on doxorubicin. It’s only on the lungs and she has a few positive lymph nodes in her lungs. Does anyone know anyone with similar situation that has a positive outcome?
