TOEFL Test App shows "404 - Page Not Found" before my exam. Is this normal?

Hi everyone

My TOEFL Home Edition exam is tomorrow, and I downloaded the TOEFL Test App today to make sure everything is ready.
However, when I open the app, it only shows "404 - Page Not Found"
Is this normal before the exam because I haven't started my test yet, or does it mean there's something wrong with my installation/account?
