Teksystems vs Capco | Data Modeler | Work Life Balance | Salary

Hi everyone,
I need some advice on my situation.
I’ve accepted an offer from Teksystems (joining on 1st July) with 23 LPA, fully remote. Meanwhile, Capco has scheduled my client interview 30th June, but HR has already informed me they won’t be able to release an offer before 1st July, even if I clear it. Capco is offering 25 LPA, hybrid.
My questions are:

1. Is Capco better than Teksystems in terms of work-life balance, learning opportunities, appraisals, and long-term career growth?
2. Since Teksystems is fully remote, does that translate into an “always available” work culture, or is the work-life balance generally good?
3. If Capco releases an offer after I’ve already joined Teksystems, can I resign within a week to join Capco, or would that be considered absconding given the 1-month notice period?
   I’d really appreciate insights from anyone who has worked at either company.
