dealing with harsh visual / tactile experiences

currently taking paliperidone injection monthly , is at the end of the month and battling with constant violent / sexual tactile touch , pain etc. alongside translucent people and hands that come alongside BO smells when pressed into them and the feeling of being wet or hot in whatever areas it may be . is this normal ?? extremely distressing when trying to fall asleep … olanzapine not doing an overly great job managing it at the moment :/ some methamphetamine use recently increasing the depth of hallucinations not helping my situation

i try to change everything and program them to do better but there’s always this same few that won’t leave me alone , it’s debilitating knowing i can’t fight back at the very least just have to sit there and let it happen .
