Hot Take : What do you guys think?

I know this is a hot take but imo urek is likely above administrators inside the tower.

Urek was said to be an immense being on same level as Phantaminium by Aubrion in the spin off i.e. an axis --

Urek being a fellow axis equivalent should be above administrators/guardians in power.

Even mago was able to create 2 separate timelines inside the tower and Admins did nothing.

Thoughts?
