Has Senegal actually qualified?

Everyone seems to be acting like Senegal are already through, but are they actually… Unless I’ve missed something, they aren’t MATHEMATICALLY qualified yet. There’s still a perfectly plausible chain of results where they miss out on one of the best third place spots like

Croatia beating Ghana
Dr Congo beating Uzbekistan
Austria and Algeria drawing

That would leave eight teams on 4 points, which should push Senegal out of the RO32. So why are so many major outlets already saying Senegal have qualified? Also, if Austria and Algeria intentionally play for a draw just to both qualify, then those bums better get knocked out in the RO32. So sick of these strategic plays
