Braccuda X (2022) Bluetooth disconecting problem

So I got a new pair of Braccuda headphones from warranty since in old ones plastic broke off and I noticed the problem in that sometimes they disconnect

I turned everything in on the app, I factory-reseted it , downloaded the newest firmware and they still dissconect

It happens rarely but still quite annoying
