[Clarity] Clarity is your ONLY Protection.
The cases we hear in the news often feel distant. We think, “This happened to someone else.”
But sometimes, the same pattern can unfold around us too. Maybe not in the same extreme way, but through smaller signs like hidden intentions, emotional pressure, lack of clarity, control, vague behaviour, and entitlement.
I am not fear-mongering.
I am saying one simple thing: you do not know what lives in someone’s heart, and you do not always know what they are planning in their mind. So even when things look good, step back and observe.
Recently, a girl who was on the verge of marriage decided to end the relationship. That is her choice. Ending a relationship may be painful, but it is still acceptable. But does that justify killing your fiancée? Absolutely not. That is not love. That is entitlement, control, and danger.
Now, are you facing something similar?
Maybe yes, maybe no. But here is the truth: you do not need to know someone’s deepest hidden intention. You also do not need to treat everyone as if they are out to harm you. You only need to observe a few things.
Keep clarity as the agenda of every interaction. If someone repeatedly fails there, drop them from your radar. They do not deserve even a millisecond of your attention further.
Following are the points:
- Matching effort and reciprocity
Observe your communication. Is effort balanced? Are they also initiating, responding, asking, clarifying, and showing interest? If only one person is carrying the whole conversation, slow down. If there is no reciprocity, do not emotionally invest.
- Do they answer questions or deflect them?
Many people do not answer properly. They give vague replies, emotional lines, or confusing statements. For example, someone says, “He was not there when I needed him.” Okay, but for what?
Was it practically possible for him to be there? Was he informed clearly? Was he 500 km away? Was it something urgent or something imagined? When you ask such basic questions and the person keeps deflecting, you are not dealing with clarity. You are dealing with vagueness. And vague people create vague futures.
- Do they give you breathing space?
Love bombing is not love. If someone demands constant attention, behaves as if you are already married, does not let you think, and pressures you emotionally, be careful. Sometimes pressure comes disguised as affection. If you cannot breathe, you cannot think clearly.
- Do they respect your questions and concerns?
A person who downplays your curiosity, belittles your questions, or mocks your concerns is not receptive to you. Do not finalise with someone who cannot even hold a basic conversation with respect. Questions are not attacks. Concerns are not drama. In arranged marriage, clarity must be mutual.
- Do not believe the lie that you cannot be choosy
People say, “You cannot be too choosy. Good matches are rare.” Wrong.
You do not need plenty of people. You need the right process with the right person. Even one prospect is enough if the process is clear. And even fifty prospects are useless if you keep ignoring signs.
The goal is not to talk to everyone deeply. The goal is to observe properly, ask clearly, and move forward only when the other person shows receptivity. If something feels off, slow down. Give the process time. Gain their attention, see their consistency, observe their behaviour, and only then go deeper. Otherwise, let them fall out of the process and continue your search.
- Final test: your nervous system
If someone keeps creating drama, your nervous system will detect it before your mind accepts it. After every conversation, observe yourself. Do you feel calm? Or do you feel tired, drained, confused, and exhausted?
If every conversation becomes the same argument, the same explanation, the same emotional pressure, and still things return to the same place, then why are you continuing with that prospect? This is not always “gut feeling.” Sometimes it is your nerves telling you the truth.
If your nervous system stays calm, composed, and safe around someone, that is a prospect worth exploring. But if they constantly disturb your peace, confuse your mind, and drain your energy, slow down. Your body may have already understood what your emotions are still trying to excuse.
You do not need to know anyone’s true hidden intention. You only need to observe whether their words, effort, respect, clarity, behaviour, and presence match.
That is enough.
Because in arranged marriage, clarity is not fear.
Clarity is protection.
