Possibly ran into my first duped weapon user

He had a Bobcat IV with the exact attachments that get duped. Came straight for me, also had an inventory full of heals and an Anvil IV. Of course, he could have just gotten the Bobcat from someone else but I honestly doubt it.

How often have people been running into these guys?
